RugRush support

RugRush — motion games for children, by Lazy Coding AB.

RugRush is played with the whole body. The iPhone camera sees how the child moves; nobody touches the screen during play.

Getting started

Stand the iPhone in landscape, in front of the TV or where the child can see the phone.
Show the game on the TV with AirPlay or a cable, or play right on the phone.
Step back about 2–3 metres until the upper body is in view. Setup tells you when the framing is right.
Play in good light, on a clear floor with room to move.

Common questions

The game pauses and asks the player to step into view. The camera lost the player. Step back into the picture, turn on a light, or move the phone so the head, shoulders and hands are visible.

Is the camera video saved? No. It is analysed on the iPhone and thrown away frame by frame. See the privacy policy.

How do I restore RugRush Plus? Tap Unlock all games on the phone, answer the grown-up question, then choose Restore purchases. Family Sharing is supported.

How do I cancel a subscription? In Settings → your name → Subscriptions on the device that bought it.

How do I clear a top-five list? In the list, use the parent's clear button on the phone.

RugRush — rörelsespel för barn, av Lazy Coding AB.

RugRush spelas med hela kroppen. iPhonens kamera ser hur barnet rör sig; ingen rör skärmen under spelet.

Kom igång

Ställ iPhonen liggande, framför TV:n eller där barnet ser telefonen.
Visa spelet på TV:n med AirPlay eller kabel, eller spela direkt på telefonen.
Gå ungefär 2–3 meter bakåt tills överkroppen syns. Uppstarten säger till när bilden är rätt.
Spela i bra ljus, på ett fritt golv med plats att röra sig.

Vanliga frågor

Spelet pausar och ber spelaren ställa sig i bild. Kameran tappade spelaren. Kliv in i bilden igen, tänd en lampa eller flytta telefonen så att huvud, axlar och händer syns.

Sparas kamerabilden? Nej. Den analyseras i iPhonen och kastas bild för bild. Läs integritetspolicyn.

Hur återställer jag RugRush Plus? Tryck på Lås upp alla spel på telefonen, svara på frågan för vuxna och välj Återställ köp. Familjedelning fungerar.

Hur säger jag upp en prenumeration? I Inställningar → ditt namn → Prenumerationer på enheten som köpte den.

Hur rensar jag en topplista? I listan, med förälderns rensa-knapp på telefonen.
