Common questions
The stage does not appear / the screen looks wrong
The app is landscape only — hold the device sideways. If rotation is locked in Control Centre, unlock it.
The child's voice was not recorded
The app needs microphone permission, which iOS asks for the first time you tap Record. If it was declined, the app still records the puppets' movement and says so on screen. To turn it on: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone, and switch the app on.
I bought the unlock but the content is still locked
Open the unlock screen again and tap Restore purchase. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. The unlock is a one-time purchase and supports Family Sharing.
What is the maths question?
That is the parental gate. It appears before the purchase and before exporting a movie, and it is there so a child cannot pass it alone. Each time it generates a new two-digit multiplication — read the two numbers and type the answer. There is nothing to guess: the answer must be typed, and there are no choices to tap.
Where do the recordings and movies go?
They stay inside the app on the device. Nothing is uploaded. A movie leaves the device only if an adult passes the parental gate and then chooses a destination in the iOS share sheet.
How do I delete everything the app saved?
Delete the app. Everything it stored goes with it — there is no copy anywhere else.
Does it need the internet?
No. The app has no networking code at all and works identically in Airplane Mode. The only network traffic is Apple's own, when you make or restore a purchase.

Scenen syns inte / bilden ser konstig ut
Appen finns bara i liggande läge — vänd enheten på tvären. Är rotationen låst i Kontrollcenter, lås upp den.
Barnets röst spelades inte in
Appen behöver tillgång till mikrofonen, och iOS frågar första gången man trycker på inspelningsknappen. Om det nekades spelar appen ändå in dockornas rörelser och säger till på skärmen. Slå på det i Inställningar → Integritet och säkerhet → Mikrofon.
Jag har köpt upplåsningen men innehållet är fortfarande låst
Öppna upplåsningsrutan igen och tryck på Återställ köp. Kontrollera att enheten är inloggad på samma Apple-konto som gjorde köpet. Upplåsningen är ett engångsköp och fungerar med familjedelning.
Vad är mattefrågan?
Det är föräldraspärren. Den kommer före köpet och före filmexporten, och finns för att ett barn inte ska ta sig förbi på egen hand. Varje gång skapas en ny tvåsiffrig multiplikation — läs de två talen och skriv svaret. Det finns ingenting att gissa på: svaret måste skrivas in, det finns inga knappar att trycka på.
Var hamnar inspelningarna och filmerna?
De stannar inne i appen på enheten. Ingenting laddas upp. En film lämnar enheten bara om en vuxen passerat föräldraspärren och sedan valt en mottagare i iOS delningsruta.
Hur tar jag bort allt appen sparat?
Avinstallera appen. Allt den sparat följer med — det finns ingen kopia någon annanstans.
Behöver den internet?
Nej. Appen har ingen nätverkskod alls och fungerar likadant i flygplansläge. Den enda nätverkstrafiken är Apples egen, när man köper eller återställer ett köp.
