The aquarium is empty when we start
That is how it begins. The app is about drawing your own fish, so the tank waits for the first one instead of arriving full of somebody else's. Tap the fish button at the top of the tool rail — it pulses until there is a fish — and the workshop opens.
The screen looks wrong
The app is landscape only. Hold the device sideways; if rotation is locked in Control Centre, unlock it.
My child set a fish free by accident
Setting a fish free is permanent — the fish swims off and does not come back. It takes two taps on purpose: "Set free" and then "Yes" to the question. If a fish was lost, the workshop can make a new one, and the design can be copied from the shared card if you made one.
How many fish are free?
The free pond holds three fish of your own design. One one-time purchase — no subscription — removes the limit. Fish that hatch from eggs count towards it too.
Why is it asking me a multiplication?
That is the parental gate. It stands in front of the two things that reach outside the app: buying, and sharing a picture. It is there so a young child cannot get past it alone. Getting it wrong costs nothing — a new sum appears and you can try again.
I bought the unlock but the pond is still limited
Open the unlock screen again and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
There is no sound
Check the silent switch and the volume. The bubbling is quieter at night, and the app follows the real clock — you can switch to day with the sun button on the tool rail.
The water is dark and the fish are sleeping
Night follows the real clock, roughly 19–07. The moon and sun buttons at the bottom of the tool rail override it until the clock catches up.
Does anything get lost if we delete the app?
Yes — everything. The aquarium is saved only on the device and never anywhere else, so deleting the app deletes the fish with it. There is no account to restore from. A purchase can always be restored, but the fish cannot.
Is it safe for a small child alone?
Yes. There is nothing to type in, nothing to send, no advertising, no links out of the app, and nothing in it can fail, break or die. Buying and sharing are both behind the parental gate. See the privacy policy.

Akvariet är tomt när vi startar
Så börjar det. Appen handlar om att rita sin egen fisk, så akvariet väntar på den första i stället för att komma fullt av någon annans. Tryck på fiskknappen överst i verktygsraden — den pulsar tills det finns en fisk — så öppnas verkstan.
Skärmen ser konstig ut
Appen finns bara i liggande läge. Håll enheten på tvären; är rotationen låst i Kontrollcenter, lås upp den.
Mitt barn släppte en fisk fri av misstag
Att släppa en fisk fri är permanent — fisken simmar iväg och kommer inte tillbaka. Det krävs två medvetna tryck: "Släpp fri" och sedan "Ja" på frågan. Har en fisk försvunnit kan verkstan göra en ny, och designen går att kopiera från det delade kortet om ni gjorde ett.
Hur många fiskar är gratis?
Gratisdammen rymmer tre egenritade fiskar. Ett engångsköp — ingen prenumeration — tar bort gränsen. Fiskar som kläcks ur rom räknas också in.
Varför får jag en multiplikation?
Det är föräldraspärren. Den står framför de två saker som når utanför appen: att köpa och att dela en bild. Den finns för att ett litet barn inte ska ta sig förbi själv. Att svara fel kostar ingenting — en ny uppgift dyker upp och du kan försöka igen.
Jag har köpt men dammen är fortfarande begränsad
Öppna köprutan igen och tryck Återställ köp. Kontrollera att enheten är inloggad på samma Apple-konto som gjorde köpet.
Det hörs inget ljud
Kontrollera ljudlöst-knappen och volymen. Bubblandet är dämpat på natten, och appen följer den riktiga klockan — du kan byta till dag med solknappen i verktygsraden.
Vattnet är mörkt och fiskarna sover
Natten följer den riktiga klockan, ungefär 19–07. Måne- och solknappen längst ner i verktygsraden går före tills klockan hinner ikapp.
Försvinner något om vi avinstallerar appen?
Ja — allt. Akvariet sparas bara på enheten och ingen annanstans, så avinstalleras appen försvinner fiskarna med den. Det finns inget konto att återställa från. Ett köp går alltid att återställa, men fiskarna gör det inte.
Är den trygg för ett litet barn på egen hand?
Ja. Det finns inget att skriva in, inget att skicka, ingen reklam, inga länkar ut ur appen, och ingenting i den kan misslyckas, gå sönder eller dö. Att köpa och att dela ligger båda bakom föräldraspärren. Se integritetspolicyn.
